Manchester Originals’ opening batter Phil Salt currently holds the top spot on the list of the highest run-getters in The Hundred men’s competition. He has scored 707 runs from 28 innings at an average of 26 while striking at 161. He has registered four half centuries in the league.

Dawid Malan, who played for Trent Rockets for three seasons, has moved to Oval Invincibles in this edition. He sits second on the batting chart with 643 runs at an average of 34 while striking at 141. Malan holds the record for the most number of fifties in the men’s Hundred, having crossed the mark seven times.

Will Jacks, one of the most valuable players in the Oval Invincibles side, has the third most runs in the men’s competition. He has smashed 640 runs in 24 innings at a strike rate of 164 while averaging 28. Jacks is one of the only three batters to have registered a century in the tournament.

Jos Buttler is one of the best white-ball batters in the world and it’s only natural he is on this list. The England captain has scored 632 runs from 17 innings at an average of 39.5 and strike rate of 142, including five half centuries. Buttler won’t be able to add to his tally as he was ruled out of this season with an injury.

Birmingham Phoenix all-rounder Liam Livingstone occupies fifth place on the run-scoring chart with 625 runs from 23 innings at an average of 33 while striking at 150. Livingstone has four half centuries to his credit.
