After four weeks of intense cricket, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 has come down to a thrilling final showdown between India and South Africa. These two titans will clash at Bridgetown, Barbados on June 29.

India topped their group with three wins, including a nail-biting seven-run victory over Pakistan. In the Super Eight, they hammered Afghanistan by 47 runs, drubbed Bangladesh by 50 runs, and defeated Australia by 24 runs.
The men in blue took sweet revenge for the previous T20 World Cup defeat by thrashing England in the semi-finals by 68 runs. Rohit Sharma (57 off 39) and Suryakumar Yadav (47 off 36) helped India post 171 on a challenging pitch, while Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav claimed three wickets each to seal the win.

Jasprit Bumrah
India’s premier fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, has been in phenomenal form this year across formats. In the ongoing T20 World Cup, Bumrah has been nearly unplayable with his variations, picking up 13 wickets from seven innings at an astonishing economy rate of 4.12.
